Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AtomAI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use AtomAI for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

AtomAI is a browser-based AI workspace for startup founders. It supports brainstorming, public-web research, competitor analysis, go-to-market planning, fundraising strategy, financial analysis, persistent advisory sessions, company context, and generated artifacts. Features may change as the product develops.

AtomAI is currently a beta service. Access may require administrator approval and may be limited, suspended, or changed to protect the service, comply with law, or manage capacity.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and may not share access in a way that bypasses product limits or approval controls.

You retain your rights in prompts, uploaded files, company context, and other material you provide. You grant AtomAI a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content. Do not upload secrets, unlawful material, third-party confidential information you are not permitted to process, or personal data that is unnecessary for your use of AtomAI.

You may not use AtomAI to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, or abuse.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, access, or usage controls.
• Upload malware, credentials, private keys, or content you are not authorized to use.
• Present invented sources, contacts, metrics, or AI-generated claims as verified facts.
• Use generated outreach to send spam or automate external actions without lawful authority and human review.

AI and research outputs may be incomplete, outdated, conflicting, or incorrect. You must review sources, assumptions, calculations, contacts, and recommendations before relying on or sharing them. Outputs are analytical support and are not legal, accounting, tax, medical, investment, or other professional advice.

Fundraising and go-to-market outreach is export-only; AtomAI does not send messages or act in external systems for you. You remain responsible for business decisions and compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.

AtomAI depends on third-party authentication, hosting, storage, model, and public-web services. Their availability and processing may affect AtomAI. Third-party websites and sources linked in outputs are governed by their own terms and policies, and AtomAI does not control their content.

AtomAI and its software, interface, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for your content and rights expressly granted by these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may stop using AtomAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment if paid plans are introduced, or a material breach of these Terms. You may request account deletion using the contact below.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs, public sources, or generated artifacts are correct or suitable for any decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
